Description: Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Easy sociable ride of 24-32 km (15-20 miles) at a pace of 14-17km/h (9-11 mph). Ride out to the Cantorist cafe in Childrey. 17 miles / 27km
Riders: John Tranter Lindsey Barker Patrick O'Leary Riders = 3 Weather: Report: Holiday time with a few regulars away, but great to be out in the Vale with Lindsey and Patrick. We had a fun ride with no problems and lots of chat and enjoyed the good service at the Cantorist.

Description: Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Sociable ride of 24-40 km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 18-20km/h (11-13 mph). Ride out to the Cantorist cafe in Childrey. Via Uffington and Fawler Hill.

Welcome to Joseph Marchant riding with us alongside his dad. A perfect day for cycling - sunshine with a gentle cooling breeze. We set off at a steady pace with everyone using their own road skills by leaving gaps where necessary - no problems, a very good and easy ride to lead. The only climb was Fawler Hill so some of the group took a hillier route back to Wantage after coffee in Childrey, the rest took the flat option. A very good ride in good company.
