Description:RIDE CANCELLED due to weather forecast.Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. 80-100km (50-65 miles) all-day touring ride, lunch and possibly tea stop en route, at a riding pace of 18-22km/h (11-14mph). Not suitable for irregular riders. Awayday ride from Hungerford. This time heading east and circumnavigating Newbury, (some of the route being "borrowed" from the Century Ride). 84k in total - a few hills, but time for everyone to do them at their own pace. Apologies for the early start - but because this is bank holiday Saturday I thought it best to get ahead of the traffic if we can. Two stops one at The Pantry in Yattendon and one at the Garden Centre at Ball Hill |
