Description:One of the more challenging local 100km audaxes, back after two year’s absence owing to Covid. Manned control at Marlborough, plus four info controls.Note this is not a led ride: it will be run under Audax UK regulations and each rider is responsible for route-finding and their own safety. You pay a small entry fee and food and drink are provided at the start and finish. Any surplus funds are donated to local charities. Kudos to the riders who entered, especially those rode to the start. [I'm in awe of the guy who arrived first in 3 hours, 50 minutes, having cycled to the start from Bristol as part of a 300-km day out!] Surplus money from entry fees and food donations will be donated to Thames Valley Air Ambulance and Flexicare.
