Lunch at the Red Lion at Islip was good value at 7.50 for two courses. Limited choices (four different roasts)and not for the veggies. Otmoor was definitely in wetland mode. A rolling 9 decreasing in numbers through the afternoon had a pleasant ride. Jan joined us for a while at the start slipping off to do college work, Barry joined us for lunch. Kev and Wen slid off after lunch saving a whole 5 miles and but for Rex puncturing we'd have caught them up as they got home 15 minutes before me. Good to see Kev,Wen and Mavis out on a Sunday again. Not so good to find the Warner wet ones are back. | ||
