Description:Weekly 1 - 1.5 hours rides at a riding pace of 13-16km/h (8-10mph). Not likely to be hilly.Tonight, out via Charlton, then Route 44 to Lockinge, Ginge, and West Hendred, before heading back via Ardington and past Lains Barn Distance of about 12 miles |

Number mounted to six then I put my list away and it swelled to eight!.Comparatively hilly ride was planned tonight. Set out via Wantage at a gentle pace, using the ride leaders' surprise cut through the estate. Plan was originally to end up at West Hendred, but along Route 44, was suggested, and agreed, that we just cut down directly to Ardington, therefore cutting out the longest hill. This, we did, enjoying the nice views before descending to Ardington. Pace a but varied due to the hills, but you go down as well as up in this game and we enjoyed a couple of nice descents. Seems we were the first group back, so would like to think we were speedy(!) Very enjoyable ride on what was a perfect evening, with glorious sunshine. | ||
