Description:This will be a fairly gentle, easy ride of 50km (or 30 miles in old money). Grove to Wantage, out to the Hendreds via Ginge, Steventon, Drayton and a tea stop in Abingdon. Then looping round Gozzard's Ford, Fyfield, Charney Bassett and Denchworth. Some very mild rough stuff at Hendred and no significant hills. |

Beautifully hot and sunny and a great day for a ride. Seven of us turned out for a leisurely stroll around the lanes. Some successful bits of offroad to link between the Hendred's and to cut through from Sutton Courtenay to Abingdon. Good refreshments at Cafe Gia in the centre of Abingdon. Thanks to Richard for finding the secret underpass for the A420 at Fyfield! | ||
