Description:Monthly 60-70km (38 - 45 miles) afternoon ride, with a tea stop, riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). Likely to visit distant destinations. Not suitable for irregular riders. Climbing likely.Ride out via Letcombe Regis, Shrivenham, Highworth, stop at Faringdon for tea/cake, back via Charney Bassett and Denchworth. Should be about 70km including 650m of climb. Approximately 3-4 hours riding, aiming to be back at Grove by 5.30pm. |
