Description:A virtual turbo workout of up to an hour including warm up, workout and warm down. You will need your own turbo set up, a computer/laptop/mobile device and Zoom version 5 installed on your device. This is a pre-bookable event. Spring has definitely sprung and next week we'll be back out on club rides.Tonight's routine was a favourite - 5 sets of 5 intervals increasing in cadence and resistance - to work on strength. More importantly, the quiz on identifying birds was won by Yvonne and Nicole - I thought it was only creepy crawlies you two were into??!! Well done everyone, including Chris, and thanks to you all for making this such a fun and sociable 20+ weeks. It was great to have such a committed group of riders and leaders  . | ||
