Description:
A virtual turbo workout of up to an hour including warm up, workout and warm down. You will need your own turbo set up, a computer/laptop/mobile device and Zoom version 5 installed on your device. This is a pre-bookable event. To book a place text your name to Karen Townsin 07768066413, no earlier than 9:00 on the Wednesday before. You will receive confirmation including the link to the virtual meeting.

Report:
The final turbo session of the season, and it seemed fitting that Kath was in the garden. Spring has definitely sprung and next week we'll be back out on club rides.

Tonight's routine was a favourite - 5 sets of 5 intervals increasing in cadence and resistance - to work on strength.

More importantly, the quiz on identifying birds was won by Yvonne and Nicole - I thought it was only creepy crawlies you two were into??!!

Well done everyone, including Chris, and thanks to you all for making this such a fun and sociable 20+ weeks. It was great to have such a committed group of riders and leaders (clap).
