Description:Warm up ride for going to Blakes at Clanfield next week. Slightly longer than normal ride to Appleton for coffee and cake at the community shop. 23 mPlease pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Easy sociable ride of 24-32 km (15-20 miles) at a pace of 14-17km/h (9-11 mph). |

Report:A lovely ride out to Appleton with a group of 5. We did the route in reverse to avoid repeating most of the previous Tuesday 1* ride. The weather was overcast to start but warmed up and was just right for sitting outside with sausage rolls and drinks at the Appleton Community shop who were very welcoming. A bit of a breeze on the way out meant a tail wind helped us home after what John thought might have been a record wait at Fyfield to safely cross the very busy A420. | ||
