Description:A ride out to Shrivenham for coffee as Colsehill is closed! weather permitting check in the morning.As a courtesy to the ride leader, we ask that you pre-book for this ride. Sociable rides from 24km-40 km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 16-19km (10-12 miles) per hour. Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as the ride may be cancelled or the start time changed. Off to Shrivenham as Coleshill is closed! |

Riders:David JacksonDes Higgs Julie Haynes Michael Johnson Roger Postbeschild Stephanie Haddrell Riders = 6 Report:A slight change of plan as Coleshill cafe was closed due to staff problems, so we went to another favourite cafe at Shrivenham. We set off via Denchworth, Goosey, Baulking and Uffington to the cafe in Shrivenham. Returning via Watchfield to Longcot (where the leader had call in home as he had forgotten to prepare the young puppy's lunch!) We then did a circular tour of Longcot via Mallins Lane to get back on route to Fernham, Shellingford, Hatford, Stanford, Denchworth and back to Grove. We all stopped for another coffee at Costa where it started to rain quite heavily, but we were indoors by then.It was a nice easy group to lead, and it was really good to see Mike again after such a long time.
