Description:
Indoor training session of 1 hour duration, comprising warm up, workout and warm down. Instructions and playlist from leader.

I thought it was about time we got out on those hills, so tonight's session will feature a series of climbs, both in and out of the saddle.

Record turnout tonight, prompting Yvonne's suggestion to split the group :D. Hard to take seriously when she's wearing fangs and a forked tail (grin).
John was on form, naming the track and artist before the intro was done.
Well done everyone for some serious out of the saddle climbing.
