Description:Our annual festive ride in aid of Whizz-Kidz, the children's mobility charity. Ride out with us to the NT car park at White Horse Hill, Uffington, for mince pies and mulled wine.This will be the gentler of the two off-road options to White Horse Hill. Guest riders very welcome, but please let me know if you are planning to come beforehand. The ride goes out via the Letcombes joining the Ridgeway at Bassett, then following the Ridgeway to White Horse Hill. Return via the Ridgeway, Sparsholt Firs, Childrey and East Challow. Please arrive by 09:50am for the ride briefing. Overall riding distance 18.5 miles/29km. |

It was a pleasure to welcome Jackie, Chris and Paul on there first ride with the club. The Ridgeway wasn’t too muddy which made for a pleasant ride. No mechanical’s or incidents to report.
