John did a superb job chairing the meeting and ensuring we finished in good time. The secretary in the rush of excitement cycling to Letcombe Regis "in the dark" forgot to pick up the minutes of the previous AGM from his kitchen table, (sorry folks !),but circulated them on by email the next day.A nice buffet spread again from the Greyhound Inn, with plenty for everyone plus leftovers !
