Description:On the assumption that the weather can't be as bad as it was last Tuesday, we will have another go at conquering Uffington White Horse Hill this evening. In order to make the 3* ride a 3* ride, we may have to get a little warmed up with the Letcombes and Hackpen Hill first. Around 26 miles in total. |

All went to plan, a good group and a good pace. We seemed to romp up the big hill at an impressive pace and had a good burn-up on the way back through the Vale, interrupted only briefly by an impressively large flood on the road between Denchworth and Grove. As always in these situations, the key factor is - as long as the water level stays below bottom bracket level, all is well...Thanks to everyone for a very enjoyable ride. | ||
