Description:A flat ride around the Vale visting Denchworth, Lyford and West Hanney (about 9 miles) for Bike Week. If you are new to cycling and have been plucking up the courage to have a go, then this will be a very suitable easy ride for a first outing.Accompanied children and newcomers very welcome. These rides are designed to be a gentle and sociable introduction to group riding and to build rider confidence. As the name suggests, we aim to cover about 10 miles at a speed of about 10 miles per hour, stopping to rest and look at interesting things on the way. Report:A lovely summer evening to be out on the bike . We stopped in Lyford and visited the small church there before continuing on our loop to West Hanney. Back just before 8pm after a relaxed and sociable ride. | ||
