He peeled off to go home with a slightly optimistic wish to meet us at coffee. He must have flown because he was one of the first to get there.Wind was a significant factor today. A headwind on the way up Hackpen and a rather crosswind on the way down into Lambourn. The return climb over the ridge and most of the return route was considerably assisted by tailwinds. | ||
