Description:Update 02/07: 24 expected so far - we'll provide address details and map if required.6:30 for 7:00. Come along for a sociable evening with members from all the local CTC groups; families welcome. Please bring a bottle and a dish for the pot-luck buffet - savoury, salad or sweet to cater for 4 people per person coming. (If you think you'll be late, please bring a sweet.)Potatoes and bread will be provided. There will also be a quiz and raffle in aid of Whizz-kidz. Please let Steve & Lorna know you are coming by Thursday 4 July. Please also let us know if you could bring a garden chair or two. So much so that everyone sat outside all evening, many til 11pm. 37 came along with representatives from all our full member groups.A great spread - thanks to everyone for the lovely food. Thanks to Mavis and James we had a good selection of raffle prizes. Matthew (with help from Steve) did a great job in selling tickets and £41.31 was raised for Whizz-kidz. Ironically, the theme for this year's quiz was "It's been a long and cold winter"... Congratulations to Edith and Brian, and Peter who tied as winners. A thoroughly enjoyable evening with good company. | ||
