A warm welcome to Martin, Louise, Marielle and Maeve on their first ride with us. Martin had joined us for the ride in Oxford last month and this time he brought the family along. Quite a sight to see a recumbent trike pulling a buggy. Several riders tried out Martin's 'bent and now want one for Christmas! The Forget Me Not Cafe run on Saturdays in Uffington Village Hall (not to be confused with teas in the church on Sundays) is a delight. They are very accommodating (we were able to move tables out onto the grass for our tea), the cakes are great and all served with attention to detail - china cups, cake stands and linen napkins. Recommended. See Tea & Cake list for details. Thanks everyone for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. | ||
