Regular Saturday Ride

Riders: Brian Hipwell David Newnham Derek Boutle Des Higgs Edith Hipwell Jan McCabe Judi Boutle Kevin Fairs Mavis Rose Sue King Riders = 10 Report: Unlike last month when the weather was so bad we decided to remain as one group, today was a nice sunny afternoon (Kev decided it was warm enough for shorts!) and for the first time we had a "shorter" and "longer" ride..... The longer ride, went out via Buckland, Bampton, Yelford, Standlake, north moorNewbridge & Fyfield to arrive at Millets farm for tea, we briefly met the others there as they were just sitting down to their tea & cakes as we were about to leave ..... it sounded as if they had done a similar distance, maybe even slightly further, but at a slightly more genteel pace. The ride returned to Grove via Hanney & Denchworth.
