Description:Weekly 1.5-2 hours ride at a riding pace of 25-29km/h (16-18mph). May be hilly. A longer ride this evening about 38 miles , Denchworth taking the Buckland road towards Hatford, Fernham rightfor the first climb of the ride . Re grouping to cross A420 into Faringdon turning left on to Highworth road B4019 and another climb towards Colehill. Re group before turning left before descent on to School lane followed by a rolling hills towards Buscot wick , left at A417 over bridge and right onto Priors walk , Langley lane turning right then left Thrupp turn to Littleworth, Left on to A420 then next right Barcote lane to Hatford turning left and following the outward route back through Denchworth and home |

Joined by Simon Payne ( Phoenix cycling club ) making Seven in total.A flater route than our usual made up by the extra miles. Lead responsibility was shared with Nick , Jason and Simon taking a turn on the front a few climbs for riders to stretch their legs and plenty of flats to put the hammer down. In the main the group rode together and with the weather staying dry it a bit cooler than late idea cycling conditions Good to see Ruth along again proving she can keep up and beat some of us and Richard Saunders his second 4* ride of the year we encourage you to do more | ||
