Description:Sorry - Cancelled due to rain which would make it very slippery and not pleasant riding.Cliff Bellis will lead this ride from Wallingford. It will be at the less technical end of the range with no difficult sections, but will still involve some great tracks and countryside going both up and down in the nearer Chiltern hills. Twice monthly off-road ride for those who like their rides bumpy and (sometimes) muddy. These will be on the second Saturday afternoons and 4th Sunday mornings (except this one is in the afternoon at 2:30pm!) The rides will be about 20 miles, mostly off-road, and aim to finish in time for a late lunch (whether together or heading for home). We adjust the ride to suit the riders and the weather, but in general the terrain will be rough, so a mountain-bike in good condition and with knobbly tyres is recommended. |
