Description:Off-road ride around local tracks, usually about 15 miles. Knobbly tyres and good lights required. We are keen to welcome new riders and have spare lights available to borrow if you let me know. Dark, cold and wet - we'll ride in any two. But please let me know if you are coming so I can tell you if I decide to cancel due to really bad weather. |

Riders:David YearleyJohn Davies Patrick Leavey Richard Anstis Robin Tucker Riders = 5 Report:Excellent start to the spring season with fine weather and five of us out to enjoy it.Crab Hill was mercifully dry - although Richard did try a bit of puddle swimming, must be an Ironman thing. Then it was up to The Ridgeway via Goddards Brook and Bitham Woods. The top had a few puddles left, but nothing that was going to stop us. We enjoyed the grassy blast down to Lands End, and the climb back up to Scutchamer's Knob. It was too nice not to go down Ginge descent, so we did. But we weren't ready for the 'bridge of doom' so we nipped through the woods to Ardington and back to Grove. | ||
