Description:RIDE CANCELLED - RIDE CANCELLED.The forecast last night didn't look too bad but appears to have taken a turn for the worse this morning. Heavy rain now forecast later to improve on the current soggy conditions! Apologies for the late notice - Monthly 16-32km (10-20 miles) family and social rides, usually with a tea stop, at a riding pace of 13-16km/h (8-10mph). Occasional short or gentle climbs. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MORNING RIDE to make best use of the available light at this time of year. We will travel north into the Vale, turning south to stop for coffee at Childrey before heading back via the bridle path (nothing too extreme) to Wantage and back to OMH. 27.8km, we should be back by around 12.30. |
