Riders:Amanda SeddonDavid Bridge Derek Boutle Des Higgs Diane Stuckey Jon Seddon Judi Boutle Kevin Fairs Nigel Stuckey Richard Divall Wenfeng Yang Riders = 11 Report:Amanda, Des and David joined me on possibly the coldest night of the week for the evening ride to The Crown in Shrivenham.A prompt start was in order due to the cold and we headed out to Letcombe just after 6.30pm. This was just to get to the warm up climb back up Windmill Hill to the Downs road. Along to Childrey and then a little tour of the villages before rejoining the Downs Road at Westcot. We politely declined Des's request to climb White Horse Hill. Now it was heads down as we continued along the Downs Road to the cross roads at Ashbury. We then took a left down the B4000 to take us straight into Shrivenham where we arrived to a welcome pint bang on 8pm. | ||
