Riders:Des HiggsDiane Stuckey Henk Altmann (deceased) Jan McCabe Kevin Fairs Nigel Stuckey Richard Divall Riders = 7 Report:The unpleasant weather meant a restricted attendance, and only three riders accompanied Diane from Grove, through the frost and fog to West Hanney, via Denchworth, Charney Bassett, Southmoor and Gallows Bridge. A few cheats came by car, but Des arrived in proper fashion well in time for the grub. The Lamb Inn, under new management and staffed by an interesting Berber barman (check it out!) has an equally interesting new menu. Food of high quality, but quantity not challenging enough for some of the section | ||
