Description:As a courtesy to the ride leader, we ask that you pre-book for this ride. Half day ride (45-55km / 30-40 miles), with a tea stop, at a riding pace of 18-20km/h (11-13mph). Not likely to be very hilly. Might be a struggle for new or irregular riders in winter months. This is a pre-bookable ride. To book a place, text your name to the ride leader no earlier than 9:00am on the Sunday before the ride. You will receive confirmation or be advised that the ride is fully booked. A reserve list will be maintained.A nice route we haven't used for a while - 35 miles / 56km to the west, via Hatford, Shrivenham and the lovely village of Bourton to a coffee stop in Ashbury. Then an easy route home through the Vale. |

It was a great group to lead and we were able to push the pace a little on our way out through the Vale. It was then great as always to explore the lovely villages of Bourton and Bishopstone before our coffee stop at Ashbury Stores - and even then sitting outside seemed like a good option. We then headed back down into the Vale and home.Thanks to all for good company. | ||
