It also allowed us to enjoy some of the lovely roads in the nearby downs - not to mention some of the spectacular views across autumnal landscapes.Quite a bit of climbing before the cafe (Priscilla's Kitchen - as good as ever) but the only significant climb after our stop was Lambourn to Ashbury and with a tailwind it was delightful. Earlier start and good pace meant we were back in Wantage by early afternoon. | ||
