Description:
RIDE CANCELLED - Cancelled due to unfriendly weather forecast - Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Sociable rides from 24km-40 km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 16-19km (10-12 miles) per hour. Please check website on the morning of the ride (particularly if you have forgotten to book) if the weather is poor as the ride may be cancelled.
Coffee at Stanford Coffee Shop, route will be posted when I have worked one out!
Long term weather forecast is distinctly dodgy with rain and wind gusts into the 50s if the BBC is to believed.
Please watch this space, I will make a decision on Wednesday as to whether to run a short ride or just throw in the towel.
UPDATE Wednesday: looking pretty dodgy tomorrow and nobody has booked in...I wonder why!
