Description:This week we will enjoy some of the hidden and beautiful villages to the east of Wantage. From Grove to Wantage on the bike track, through Charlton and then the track to Lockinge and across to Ginge. We will then find a secret route from West to East Hendred, before taking Featherbed Lane to Steventon. Then we cross Cow Common to the Hanneys, Denchworth and home!All the tracks are suitable for all bikes. About 20 miles, with the added bonus of one fun downhill and no discernible uphill. How does that work? |

The route worked out largely fine, although it could be argued that the track between the Hendreds was less than smooth. Apparently Maurice didn't fall off, he fell with. This is an important distinction... Great company and a good fun ride! | ||

Many thanks for a great ride! Perfect for a newbie 2* rider. I don't understand how you manage to plan the with apparently more downhills than uphills - but I'm all in favour! It was a great evening for a fabulous ride - more like that please! See you next week. |

- 4* - Suitable for athletic riders who can ride safely above the 3* standard. Quick rides for the fit.
