Tuesday Evening 2* Ride	2*

Leader: John Tranter	Start Time: 6:30 pm	Start Location: OMH
Description: A flat ride tonight - a nice loop around the Vale of White Horse, taking in some of the best villages. Out via Denchworth and Goosey to Baulking and Uffington, then across to Longcot, Fernham and Shellingford. Depending how we are going, either back home via Charney Bassett or Stanford-in-the-Vale. Longish ride at approx 23 miles, but a nice steady pace of 12-13 mph.

The group kept together extremely well and it seemed like a lot of banter and chat was going on! The Vale was looking particularly beautiful and it was even briefly tempting to give White Horse Hill a go (but common sense just prevailed...) Thanks to everyone for a really good ride.

As always John set a perfect even pace, a lovely ride on a lush evening, such a shame John couldn't be talked into taking us up the hill! LOL
