Description:Weekly 1.5 hour rides at a riding pace of 18-20km/h (11-13mph). Not likely to be very hilly.Thought that tonight we could amble up to Lockinge and through to Wantage before doing a small bit of the Springline then crossing the a417to arrive back in Grove via Goosey and Denchworth. |

We ambled over to Wantage via Ardington and the Lockinge path. Nobody was upset that i'd forgotten to mention the slight off-road element in my briefing!Despite the horrendous road surface on the Ickleton Road in Wantage, we all made it through. A pause at Letcombe Bassett for a few technical hitches to be sorted and then up the last big hill before descending into Childrey. We said goodbye to Steve and everyone else was very polite at me forgetting that we were meant to go to Sparsholt rather than Childrey  . An uneventful return to Grove via Goosey and the road resurfacing between Denchworth and Grove. Thanks to Des for doing a sterling job as sweeper. | ||
