Easy Saturday afternoon ride from Didcot 1*
Leader:
Steve Swanton
Start Time:
2:00 pm
Start Location:
Didcot, long-stay car park
Description:
A change of area for our easy-paced ride this month, when we'll be repeating the ride into the eastern vale from Didcot we first rode in March 2014.

We will follow a 20-mile clockwise route using parts of NCN route 5 to get in and out of Didcot all at an easy pace of about 10mph. We'll visit the Wittenhams the Moretons and the Tirrolds en route to a Tea stop at Style Acre Café, Savages Garden Centre, Blewbury. We'll return via Upton and the Upton-Didcot railway path with superb panoramic views over the vale. All welcome.

Meet in the long stay High Street car park just to the west of the main Orchard Centre (Sainsbury's) car park, which is free on Saturday afternoons. See link for location details: http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/carpark/high_street/ox11/didcot/ . Please note there is a 2m (6'7";) height restriction at the entrance.
Note also that there is a charge for parking over 2 hours at the Orchard Centre car park, where 4 hours cost £2 (max stay).
Please let Steve that you are coming(home phone (01235 764257), so that we know who to look out for (in case you are delayed).
