Riders:Alan Jones (dec)Des Higgs Glen Paterson (deceased) Jane Bruffell Richard Divall Steve Swanton Riders = 6 Report:A chilly, overcast and misty morning was followed by sunshine later as 6 of us headed north to Burford via Thrupp, Alvescot and Shilton. Excellent food at the Royal Oak. There was barely a hill before lunch but a a few lumps along the Windrush valley as we enjoyed the views en route to Minster Lovell. Back via Curbridge, Bampton and Buckland. Lots of snowdrops along the way particularly in the woods at Buckland. Despite the easy pace we made it comfortably back to the museum for tea. 53 miles.Steve S. | ||
