Description:Weekly 1.5 - 2 hours at a riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). May be hilly.This ride will be in the MIDDLE of the grade. A while since we've done Hackpen Hill from Sparsholt. Then down to Seven Barrows and over Blowingstone Hill so that I can test my new brakes! Through Kingstone Lisle before a flat return via Goosey and Denchworth. Might be as well to bring lights just in case we get held up for any reason. |

Riders:Chris WaltersDavid Talboys John Groves John Quinn Karen Froud Katherine Boyce Ken Pelton Nick Dunton Ursula Hallam Riders = 9 Weather: Report:A bit of a grey evening but everyone seemed to be looking forward to climbing some hills . 9 of us set off, we said goodbye to Karen halfway up Holben Hill following a slow puncture. We passed the foot of Hackpen before dropping down to Sparsholt to make sure we climbed it fully!The headwind meant we had to peddle down to Lambourn instead of freewheeling. Then back up to the Ridgeway and down Blowingstone Hill. All refrained from undertaking kamikaze maneuvers at the junction with the Springline road, much to the leaders relief  .Then a brisk return to Grove. Yet another enjoyable club Tuesday night ride. Thanks to Dave T for sweeping. | ||
