At Baulking we passed a group of Grench riders with 4 pinch flats caused by the same pot hole. Telling them we were heading to the pub didn't brighten their evening.Soon we arrived at the College Farm pub in Watchfield and enjoyed a fantastic evening with good food, drink and chatter. We even shouted out many of the answers to the pub quiz much to the delight of participants near by. Once well fed and watered we unlocked our bikes, turned on our lights and made our way back to Grove along the safest and most direct route back. It felt chilly to start but we all warmed up and enjoyed a good bike ride in the darkness. All in all a lovely and very enjoyable evening. | ||
