Report:
What a fabulous day! Over 90 riders took part, undoubtedly brought out by the fine weather. We just managed to cope in the morning when we ran out of Brevet cards. Great to have Kevin Mayne, CTC's Director, with us who rode 100 miles. Special congratulations to Dave Smith, John Ellis, Des Higgs and Steve Quartermain who joined renowned cycle tourist Neville Chanin in riding the full 125 (woops 133) mile distance, and also to Lucia who completed a century.
Thanks for everyone who helped by manning the registration desk or leading a ride (and paricularly to Sue or Mavis for donating the tin of quality Street).
More to come, when I've recovered!
Steve
