Description:For our club social this week, club member and local Pilates instructor Sally Bensoussis will talk about good muscle health for cycling - including some hints and tips on warm-up, warm-down, identifying imbalances and how to improve things. She will demo a few stretching and strengthening exercises to give us some ideas to use on our own.
