Description:Family-friendly social ride of 16-24km (10-15 miles) at a pace of 13-16km (8-10 miles) per hour designed for young riders with a parent/guardian. Experienced riders on hand. As a courtesy to the ride leader, please book your place by texting them (with names), no earlier than the Friday before.Please bring a drink and a snack with you. A circular ride out around the vale of about 8 miles via Denchworth to Goosey Green for a snack and back. Optional stop in Grove after the ride for a drink and snack. |

Thanks to Steve, Lorna and Di for leading which meant that we could ride safely in family groups and cater for different abilities on the way back allowing the older children to go a little faster.The children actually did more miles than the leaders as they cycled from home to Old Mill Hall adding a few miles to the 8 mile route. A very successful ride with no incidents and a group of lovely children; and parents! | ||
