Description:Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Off-road half day ride around local tracks, usually 15-30 miles. Knobbly tyres required. We are keen to welcome new riders of all abilities. Sometimes we ride in cold and/or wet - but please let us know if you are coming so we can tell you if we decide to cancel due to bad weather or other reasons.An excursion on to the Ridgeway and exploration of the downs. Reasonably modest at 30km with optional coffee stop back in Wantage if time permits. |

Report:Rain threatened but held off for the duration of the ride. We climbed to the Ridgeway via Henrietta Knight's and then up again to Bluebell Woods.An attempt to beat my personal record down Twistee Gnarlee was going well until I was thwarted by bikes coming up....oh well! A gentle climb up to the Ridgeway again then down to Betterton. | ||
