You may or may not be aware (or you might not care!) of the AGM motions proposed to merege the CTC and the CTC Charitable Trust into a single charity organisation. This has implications that are fundamental to how the CTC is allowed to operate in the future and is irreversible. There are pros and cons to the motion, and a very polarised active membership.
I would urge all CTC members to have a look at the arguments of both “sides” and use your vote according to the arguments, and how you want CTC to look in the future.
The key sets of arguments are on these two websites (the first link has a downloadable proxy voting form in case you have lost the one included in “Cycle”, and also allows multiple forms for family members to be sent in to the Electoral Reform Services who are counting the votes – it’s a freepost address too!):

Make sure you send your proxy form in so that it will arrive before 1.00 p.m. on Thursday 13 May.
