Description:PLEASE NOTE START TIME IS 1PM As a courtesy to the ride leader, we ask that you pre-book for this ride. Half day ride (45-55km / 30-40 miles), with a tea stop, at a riding pace of 18-20km/h (11-13mph). Not likely to be very hilly. Might be a struggle for new or irregular riders in winter months. This is a pre-bookable ride. To book a place, text your name to the ride leader no earlier than 9:00am on the Sunday before the ride. You will receive confirmation or be advised that the ride is fully booked. A reserve list will be maintained.Another chance to visit Ashbury Cafe, hopefully without the spiteful headwind of last time! |

This did, of course mean a headwind on the return leg but it was never much.Supplies at Ashbury Shop Cafe were limited - blame it on the weather, but Karl found gluten free carrot cake so he was a happy bunny! A great group, particularly good to see Barry out on a group ride and an average pace of 21kph was healthy for a two star! | ||
