Riders:Barry StantonDes Higgs Gareth Smith Joanna Houlston Karl Blake Steve Swanton Val Smith Riders = 7 Weather: Report:A relatively flat route for our lower bridging ride - a gentle up to Southmoor and a gentle downhill back to Charney Bassett, but at 19 miles this was the longest 2* evening ride of the season so far. All taken at a steady 2* pace. We made a small detour from the advertised route through Longworth to the church, pond and manor. A lovely hidden spot. We stopped to enjoy our surroundings before continuing on the bridleway to Hinton Waldrist. Lights were required from Pusey due to the gloomy overhead conditions and the temperature was definitely dropping during the last few miles. Back in Grove about 8:15. Thanks all for a mellow ride. | ||
