Description:Easy sociable rides from 16km-24km (10-15 miles) at a pace of 13-16km (8-10 miles) per hour usually with a cafe stop. Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as the ride may be cancelled or the start time changed.As a courtesy to the ride leader, please book your place by texting them (incl. your name), no earlier than the friday before. We are going out to Appleton to join the 2* riders for coffee. Our ride will be more direct than the 2*, going out via Charney Bassett to Southmoor and then over the bridge to the back road to Appleton. Back via Fyfield, Fyfield Wick and Hanney. |

We went out to Appleton to meet the 2* riders and were not too far behind that group arriving at the community shop. We went out via Charney Bassett and over the A420 bridge at Southmoor. We then went all the way along to Appleton via the back road. We returned through Fyfield and Fyfield Wick to the main Hanney - Southmoor road and then through Lyford to return to Denchworth and Grove. | ||
