Description:As a courtesy to the ride leader, we ask that you pre-book for this ride. Easy sociable rides from 16km-24km (10-15 miles) at a pace of 13-16km (8-10 miles) per hour usually with a cafe stop. Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as the ride may be cancelled or the start time changed. This is a pre-bookable ride. To book a place, text your name to the ride leader no earlier than 9:00am on the Friday before the ride. You will receive confirmation or be advised that the ride is fully booked. A reserve list will be maintainedA nice easy ride to coffee at the rather splendid Cantorist in Childrey, followed by Sparsholt, Kingston Lisle and Goosey. 16 miles / 25km in total. |

Report:It was a day of uncertain weather forecasts, so we set off with a little trepidation. In the event, we largely dodged the rain storms that were swirling around the Vale, although the southerly wind was brisk in exposed places. The Cantorist was as delightful as ever for an admittedly early cafe stop, but we earned it with some ups and downs along the Spring Line before dropping down to Goosey and heading home.Thanks to all for being a fun group! | ||
