Description:Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Half day ride (45-55km / 30-40 miles), with a tea stop, at a riding pace of 18-20km/h (11-13mph).A classic route to the west of the Vale, through Charney, Hatford and Fernham to Shrivenham. We then take in the sights of lovely Bourton before heading for Ashbury and the descent back down to Uffington. Not sure on cafe opening times, but we have options in Shrivenham and Ashbury, with a back-up of Costa back in Grove! 34 miles / 54km |

We decided to go clockwise on the loop to take advantage of Ashbury shop as a cafe stop - a good move and they looked after us well. Steph had to head back, and the rest of us carried on with a good pace through Shrivenham, Hatford and Charney Bassett back to base.Thanks to all for a very enjoyable ride. | ||
