Description:Long, hilly, quick - or any combination! - 35-45kmLooks like you've got me again! Can't remember the last time we went up the hill past Lain's Barn so that's what we shall do this evening. Then Ardington, Ginge, Hendreds, Steventon, Drayton, Sutton Courtenay, Culham, Abingdon, Drayton, Steventon, Hanneys, Denchworth. Distance 47km. Lumpy to start and then flat. Option to cut down A338 if time short at end. Couple of sprint opportunites as well  |

But it did decide to blow a gale insteadNice lumpy section past Lain's Barn to Ardington, Ginge and the Hendreds. Phil decided to add a few km by missing the turning onto Featherbed Lane and going via Rowstock! Great tailwind to Sutton Courtenay and a very pleasant ride over the Thames twice through Abingdon. Nasty headwind on the Hanney Road which was quite hard work. I went for the early sprint on Denchworth Dash but Chris and Geoff got me just before the end. Great ride everyone! | ||
