Description: Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Sociable ride of 24-40 km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 18-20km/h (11-13 mph). Aston Pottery, out via Buckland, return via Clanfield and Faringdon.

Still, John complained that it’s always sunnier when Roger is leading! There were 13 riders — unlucky for some (mostly Roger), who was unfortunately unwell and couldn’t join us. So, this was my first proper solo-led ride. I made sure to count everyone out and back in again — apart from Richard, who quietly slipped away early at the coffee stop. Thanks to Des for looking after the second group.
