Description:Our monthly off-road ride for those who like their rides bumpy and (sometimes) muddy. These will be on the second Saturday of each month at 10am from various locations.They will be about 20 miles mostly off-road and aim to finish in time for a late lunch (whether together or heading for home). The terrain will be rough, so a mountain-bike in good condition and with knobbly tyres is recommended. Start location OS Grid Ref: SU 657 889 |

Riders:Andy NewellDavid Brown Nick Stokell Riders = 3 Weather:  Report:This was an untested route through Nuffield, Nettlebed, Warburg Nature Reserve, Maidensgrove and Bix, so some navigational issues might have been predicted - and indeed were encountered, largely due to my incompetence with the GPS - so my thanks to David and Andy for their patience. Nevertheless some good tracks found and a very enjoyable ride. Quite a few horses, one puncture (mine ), lots of nettles and, mysteriously, dead squirrels. | ||
