Description:Weekly 1.5-2 hours ride at a riding pace of 25-29km/h (16-18mph). May be hilly. Heading up Blowingstone and down to Lambourn this week, then looping back via Ashbury and the spring line road. Similar distance and ascent to last week. |

No punctures but a recalcitrant chain on Frank's bike! Quite a hard ride (for me anyway) but very enjoyable to lead. Thanks everyone. | ||
