Description:Social rides up to half day - 32km (20 miles), usually with a cafe stop, at a riding pace of 16-20km/h (10-12mph). Please check website on the morning of the ride if the weather is poor as it may be cancelled or the start time changed.I plan to head to Kingston Bagpuize coffee at Millets. My thought is to go Denchworth Charney Bassett taking a left turn to Kingston Bagpuize this will cut out Southmoor, the return from Millets is through Fyfield Wick and a left turn to Hanney and home. Lizzie has ridden this route recently and found a track between the Charney Road and the Hanney Road that goes through Newhouse Farm Buildings it could be a short cut? I will check this out with Des and Roger as i think they have knowledge of that area. |

A quiet ride through the villages apart from a few over head displays from the Red Arrows and other planes practising for the weekend airshow. After coffee we left Eve and returned to Grove via Hanney. I hoped i didn't rush too much but I was aware that a couple of people wanted to get back to go on to Bill Flockton Funeral. | ||

According to my Garmin the average speed was 11.9. |
